Agony Unrated has completely disappeared from Steam and the users’ library

One more time the controversy affects again to Agony and its creators, Madmind Studio. At the time, the title became popular for its explicit violence and high sexual content, which caused a filter to be applied so that it could be published on Steam. Even so, the studio worked on an uncensored version under the name of Agony Unrated, which was given away to all those who got their copy.

This has led Madmind Studio to release a statement stating that completely unaware of why all this has happened. The team knew that due to the theme it presented it would present difficulties in being published, although it blames the Valve store for what happened, assuring that they are investigating the reason for this situation to offer a solution as soon as possible.

The company has no way to return users their copies of Agony Unrated, so the only way is to wait for Valve to rule on it. Even so, the game has disappeared from Steam without a trace and at the time of writing no one can acquire it. Meanwhile, users who have lost their copy are leaving all kinds of negative comments on the product page of agony for everything that has happened.
