As announced by Bethesda, the first Starfield story expansion, called “Shattered Space”, is already in development. This DLC will be available alongside the Starfield Digital Premium Edition and Constellation Edition upon release.

Head of development Todd Howard has confirmed in an interview with Esports Extrasthat Bethesda has plans to release a lot of additional content for the space exploration game.

“We’re going to be doing a lot of additional content for Starfield,” Howard said. “We love doing it. Our fans love it. We are going to do a story expansion that will be released at some point.”

“Our plan is to make things of different sizes, and we’ve done a lot of that in our previous games, so it’s something we really like to do and our fans do too.”

“So despite the size of the game, there are still things we want to add in the future, like features or stories. We hope this continues like this for a long time.”

With this news, Bethesda demonstrates its commitment to providing quality additional content for its players after the release of Starfield.
