Charlie Brooker, creator, writer and producer of Black Mirrorhe referred to season 6. “I have always felt that Black Mirror it should present stories that are completely different from each other. Surprising people (and myself) or what else would be the point? It should be a show that can’t be easily defined, that keeps reinventing itself.”
According to Brooker, the new stories keep the tone of Black Mirror but with a few twists and more variety than before. Skilled directors and talented actors bring them to life so that audiences enjoy episodes they shouldn’t even. Topics such as social networks, the extreme dependence on technology and virtual reality worlds have been a constant in Black Mirror since its premiere in 2011.
