With the start of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone Season 2 Reloaded, players are already encountering big changes. In addition to introducing new content, the update applies a series of balance adjustments to equipment and items.

Additional content includes the maps Das Haus (6v6), Skidgrow (6v6) and Airborne (6v6), the SOA Subverter (battle rifle) and Soulrender (melee) weapons, the JAK Backsaw Kit (Holger 556) and JAK Outlaw-277 Kit (BAS-B), and Bounty and Juggermosh modes.

Additionally, the mid-season update marks collaborations with Dune and Warhammer 40,000 through limited events. They join the Decay's Realm experience, which yields “rotten” rewards for participants.

The Modern Warfare III and Warzone patch also brings major changes to weapon attributes. The highlights are considerable nerfs to the popular MTZ 762 and the WSP-9, as well as general buffs to the MCW and the Holger 556 that can change the games' meta.
