The choice of Chris Pratt to lend his voice to Mario in the animated film…
On October 6, at 10:00 p.m. USAtime, the premiere of the first trailer for the new Super Mario movie will take place, which will have the voice of Chris Pratt in the Anglo-Saxon dub. All fans of the mustachioed plumber are finally looking forward to seeing the first images of the 3D animated feature film made by Illumination, the authors of Gru: Despicable Me. While we wait, however, there are the lucky ones, the lucky ones who have already had the chance to see it, like Pratt himself. Understandable, since it is the same vocal lead of the movie.
Chris Pratt was “blown away” by the trailer for the Super Mario movie
The American actor, known mainly for his role as Peter Quill / Starlord in the Marvel universe and Owen Grady in the Jurassic World saga, is the one chosen for give voice to the plumber for the first time in almost three decades, with the honorable exception of the charismatic Charles Martinet. Super Mario, in his new movie, will speak through the voice of Chris Pratt, and Chris Pratt has already made his opinion clear about the Super Mario movie trailer: has “blown his head off” and has made it clear that the same will happen to us, since it is a “very special” trailer.
I just saw the teaser trailer for the very first time myself. I am simply blown away. You will be too, I promise you. This one is VERY special. Can’t wait!!! #SuperMarioBrosMovie https://t.co/20ptwbydT6

Obviously, we couldn’t expect the opposite from the film’s own vocal protagonist… But it’s still everything that many needed to further raise your expectations facing the trailer, which is an absolute unknown to date. The project has been carried out very carefully, and six months after its premiere in USA, on March 31, we have not yet seen a single image.
What do you think? Will it be true that the trailer “will blow our minds”, or is it simply its main actor hyping the announcement?
