Death Stranding 2 formalized with an incredible and poignant trailer
After months of teasing, Death Stranding 2. PS5 exclusive has announced itself with an incredible trailer that hides plenty of secrets.
Hideo Kojima is done having fun with the players. After months of teasing, we finally know Who, Where and When. The Japanese creator continued to teaser his future creation casually, even as players discovered the faces hiding behind his mysterious silhouettes: Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna and Lea Seydoux. To please his great friend Geoff Keighley, Kojima chose the Game Awards 2022 to formalize Death Stranding 2.
Death Stranding 2 is revealed
Death Stranding 2 is official. Hideo Kojima has finally announced his long-awaited sequel, scheduled for PS5 at an undetermined date. Soberly titled DS2, the exclusive unveiled a poignant first trailer opening on Fragile (Léa Seydoux) fleeing a threat and trying to save her baby at all costs. An older Sam (Norman Reedus) should hit the road again to set off on a new adventure, the ins and outs of which are still very mysterious.
Kojima obliges, the trailer already hides several secrets, and the creator of Metal Gear Solid invites fans to try to find them and share their theories around Death Stranding 2. We will have to be satisfied with these few elements since no other details was shared, especially on what would change in terms of gameplay or simply compared to the first opus. However, he recalled working on several other projects, including a more experimental game that would be a certain Overdose, as well as “visual projects” that he hopes to be able to reveal to you soon.
