Diablo 4: Error codes 316719, 300202 and all known issues in Beta
The Diablo 4 beta for those who pre-ordered isn’t bug-free yet.
The open beta for Diablo 4 started today. Already last week during the early access beta there were problems with disconnections and long queues. Some of these indicated a waiting time of around one and a half hours or jumped to the next loop after the time had expired.

Error codes 300008, 316719, 300202 and more
For some error codes, such as 300008, you get the additional information that there was a timeout. The fact that this error occurs is not due to your internet connection. It’s simply a matter of server problems.
So all you can do is follow the “Please try again” instruction and try to enter the game again.
But the same thing seems to be behind other errors that don’t indicate a timeout, such as

Problems with queues
In a breaking news story, Blizzard announced yesterday evening that there may be issues with queues continuing when the counter has actually already counted down. This can lead to slow or failed logins.
This breaking news surfaced to the queues.
Blizzard assures that they already have an eye on the issue and are looking for solutions. It is recommended that you do not leave the queue even if the timer has expired, otherwise it will start all over again.

One of the well-known issues is, for example, that the in-game voice chat does not work correctly for all gamers. The team also points out that the voice acting in the beta is currently only possible in English, but later in the finished game other options will be available. The full release is scheduled for June 6th.
