We may be in the month of June in which they are taking place and issuing various events by video game companies such as the Xbox Games Showcase, while among these currently the PC Gaming Show 2023, which promised us to show a total of 55 games during the two hours that they were going to be live. And among these, despite the fact that we are entering the summer soon, one of the first to appear has been Ebenezer and the Invisible World.
Under this premise, it must be said that it is a title with a clear Christmas theme, but that in this case we will get fully into the metroidvania genre to let you travel this world taking control of the character of Scrooge, thus having a clear inspiration and references to classic works of the Christmas season such as Charles Dickens’ Christmas Carol.
Ebenezer and the Invisible World is based on the famous work A Christmas Carol written by Charles Dickens.
It should be noted that, as you can see in the trailer that we leave you below, this title has a hand-drawn style in which the old Scrooge is also much less greedy than in Dickens’s original work, since the events experienced in it have allowed him to see the spectral visitors. You can take a look below:
On the other hand, there are many games that we have been able to see during these days, although the curious thing is that we are not only going to stay with the video games themselves, but also, a new console has been presented as we have been able to see today with the new Xbox Series S Carbon Black that will arrive with a renewed air.
For the rest, it should be noted that Ebenezer and the Invisible World is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC No release date yet, although if this title of the metroidvania genre has caught your attention, remember that you can add it to your wish list on Steam.
