Elden Ring surpasses 20 million in distribution and digital sales

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have announced that their star game, Elden Ring has surpassed 20 million shipments and digital sales globally. The latest big milestone for the acclaimed open-world action-RPG was 17.5 million sales, as of September 30, 2022.

It was released on February 25, 2022, Elden Ring takes place in the Middle Lands, with players assuming the role of a Smudge. After the destruction and the war for the Great Runes, one must explore the different Dungeons and defeat the demigods. Along the way, they’ll encounter various factions and discover weapons, sorceries, armor, and more to gain an advantage.

The combat is based on what we have seen from the series Dark Soulsalthough the scan resembles The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Elden Ring has earned wide acclaim, winning Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2022 and setting digital and physical sales records.

While the DLC is rumored, Nothing has been officially confirmed by FromSoftware yet. is working on Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubiconwhich is due out in 2023 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
