It’s been a while since Activision has put all releases in the Call of Duty franchise on the same launcher — and this even confuses some people on PSN. With this measure, when downloading, you choose whether you also want to download other editions of the shooter along with the battle royale Warzone.

Ultimately, the 300GB is just an estimate and includes installations of Warzone, Modern Warfare II and III. Call of Duty Black Ops 6 itself has not had its true storage space disclosed so far. Check out the explanation below:

Fix: The estimated file size currently displayed on Black Ops 6 pre-order pages does not represent the download size or disk space footprint of Black Ops 6.

Sizes shown include full installs of Modern Warfare II, Modern Warfare III, Warzone, and all relevant content packs, including all localized languages combined, which does not represent a typical player install experience.

Players will be able to download Black Ops 6 at launch without downloading any other Call of Duty titles or all language packs.

The actual Black Ops 6 file size estimate will be available closer to launch.

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will not be compatible with Modern Warfare II and III content

Say goodbye to your Snoop Dog (again), Messi and Neymar skins. Available in Modern Warfare II and III, they will not be compatible with Call of Duty Black Ops 6. Understand better here!
