The creator of Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Bloodborne and Elden Ring still hasn’t managed to make “the ideal RPG”. In an interview with PC Gamer, Hidetaka Miyazaki believes that the latest project came very close to his dream, but it is not yet the final target. So we hope the next project can achieve the goal.

What else can we expect from Miyazaki’s next creations? He said it’s difficult to share without giving spoilers about the ideas for the next games, but he points out that one of the biggest difficulties in achieving your perfect game is precisely knowing everything that will happen as a producer.

I think one thing that is not necessarily missing, but makes it difficult to achieve my ideal, is that when I play, I know that everything will happen. I already know everything that’s going on. So in terms of enjoying the game from a player’s perspective, I’d love to not know that, and have someone else make my ideal fantasy game, please, if possible. So I can appreciate him just as a player.

Elden Ring update will have new features

Elden Ring’s expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, arrives on June 21st and to set the stage, FromSoftware will release an update the day before the DLC arrives. To make everyone aware of the changes, even the patch notes have already been released for the community to check.
