Fight! Mortal Kombat 1 free trial now available

If you haven't bought Mortal Kombat 1 yet, but are interested in the game, good news: starting this Thursday (7), a free trial version of the NetherRealm game can be downloaded on PlayStation 5, Xbox and PC ( Steam).

The trial will be for a limited time and will include access to the base roster of main characters and Partner Fighters, all online and local multiplayer modes, Towers, Story mode (chapters 1 and 2 only) and Invasions (Johnny Cage's Mansion only).

Mortal Kombat 1 is the latest chapter in the acclaimed fighting franchise and introduces a reborn Mortal Kombat Universe, with iconic heroes and villains completely reimagined. For more information on how to try it out, visit the game's official free period website.

Mortal Kombat 1 welcomes Peacemaker with John Cena

WB Games and NetherRealm Studios have released a new trailer featuring actor John Cena discussing his role as DC antihero Peacemaker. The character is the latest addition to the Mortal Kombat 1 team and can now be purchased via the Kombat Pack.

Based on the character who originated in DC's “Suicide Squad” film and Max's “Peacemaker” series, John Cena lends his voice and image to the new playable character who brings a set of formidable moves to the game. Read more here.
