Why is Football Manager 24 out of Brazil?

It is worth remembering that Football Manager 24 is not supported in Brazil and cannot even be obtained via the PS Store. The title came up against licenses and agreements with clubs that compete in national championships.

The game has not been officially played in Brazil for years. Further details on the reasons behind this absence have not been shared by SEGA.
