Never Say Goodbye arrives on PS VR2 in June



Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye, sequel to the acclaimed narrative title The Secret of Retropolis, will be released on May 24th for PS VR2. The game already has an official page on the PS Store and will be available on physical media a month later, on June 21, in selected markets.

In the adventure, players take on the role of robot detective Philip Log, who enters a world of shadows to find Jenny Montage. The deeper the investigator delves into the search, the more he reaches the brink of madness, as sinister mysteries constantly surround him.

“Bringing Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye to PS VR2 marks an exciting chapter for us at Peanut Button,” comments the game’s creative director, Eyal Geva, in a press release.

This game is more than just a sequel; is a deep dive into a meticulously crafted world where every 3D feature is hand-drawn, offering players an unparalleled stylized experience.

We pushed boundaries to ensure fans and new players alike can lose themselves in the post-apocalyptic cityscape of Retropolis in this reimagined take on film noir in an immersive narrative.

Never Say Goodbye is an easy-to-use VR experience built from the ground up to support effortless interaction. Using Philip Log's extender arms, the player is able to collect items from afar and use them to overcome obstacles and advance the plot.

The entire game has been meticulously hand-painted in virtual reality space, boasting an astonishing total of 2.5 million virtual brush strokes and making every moment an incredibly detailed work of art.
