PlayStation releases are detailed at PAX East 2024

During PAX East 2024, game studios presented more details on upcoming PlayStation releases. There are images, clips and news about titles awaited by the community, as well as some promising debuts.

The highlight is the remaster of Shadows of the Damned, a title that will revive Suda51's cult classic on the latest consoles. Meanwhile, the recently delayed narrative RPG Broken Roads finally has a release date.

Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered

A cult classic on PS3, Shadows of the Damned will have a remaster released this year for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC. In addition to having a playable demo at PAX East 2024, one of the highly anticipated PlayStation releases was detailed in new images.

Broken Roads

After being delayed by Drop Bear Bytes, Broken Roads will be released on April 10 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC. The post-apocalyptic game features a narrative-based campaign, where RPG elements combine with a system of choices that will determine various moral consequences.

Night to Meet You! Obake no Mare to Iyashi no Hitoiki

In partnership with VTuber Night Mare, Night to Meet You! Obake no Mare to Iyashi no Hitoiki arrives this year on Switch and PC. Still without a release date on PlayStation and Xbox, the title is a visual novel, but there are no further details on its narrative yet.

Blackout Protocol

Blackout Protocol will leave early access on Steam this year, arriving on PS5 and Xbox Series with major changes to its concept. The twin shooter title will be available as a single-player action experience with optional multiplayer and can now be tested at PAX East 2024.
