PO'ed remaster announced by System Shock studio




Nightdive Studios, responsible for the System Shock franchise, announced the development of yet another remaster. PO'ed, a classic shooter from the 1990s, will arrive on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC in an enhanced version.

According to a press release (via Gematsu), the definitive edition will have quality of life features, support for widescreen graphics modes, an all-new difficulty mode, a PlayStation trophy list, multilingual localization, and complete freedom in a world in 3D.

PO'ed will also become available with a series of bug fixes. These problems would have perpetuated in the 1995 version and were never fixed. In addition, there will be support for anti-aliasing, 4K resolution and frame rates of up to 144 FPS.
