Star Wars Outlaws is rated “R” in Korea

Star Wars Outlaws appears to be closer to being released. After appearing as one of the highlights of the Future Games Show Spring Showcase this Thursday (21), the game had its age rating released by South Korean regulatory bodies.

The classification board cites that Star Wars Outlaws includes “realistic simulation of speculative behavior” and highlights that there is also “a minigame with in-game betting content and dividends”. Therefore, it defines the age range for the game as “+19”. That is, for adults.

In Outlaws, the player will take on the role of Kay Vess, a rising con artist in search of freedom and the means to start a new life. “Fight, steal and cheat your way up the ranks of crime syndicates and become one of the most wanted in the galaxy. The galaxy is full of opportunities for those who have the courage to take risks”, says its description on the PS Store.
