Star Wars Outlaws will have events “every two or three minutes”

In addition to the size of the Toshara map, other news about Star Wars Outlaws is being revealed this Tuesday (9). Julian Gerighty, the game’s director, commented on several relevant subjects in an interview with IGN. One of them was the presence of frequent public events on the map.

According to him, it will be possible to travel across the entirety of a moon in about four or five minutes, but it will also be practically impossible, as there will be “distractions” of all kinds scattered throughout the playable regions.

“Every two or three minutes there will be something happening, whether it’s an ambush, the empire arresting civilians or engaging in combat with criminal syndicates. And then it will be up to you to decide whether you want to get involved or not,” he commented.

Star Wars Outlaws, the first open-world game in the Star Wars franchise, arrives on August 30 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. Pre-sales are now open on the PS Store, starting at R$349.90 and granting three days of early access.

Star Wars Outlaws is “one of the most cinematic games” ever made

In another chat, Gerighty did not shy away from controversy and was direct in classifying Star Wars Outlaws as a promising cinematic experience. Some technologies prepared by the developers will be able to transmit this sensation to players in the gameplay. Find out more here!
