Steam breaks simultaneous record again

Published

on

On March 3, 34 million. A week later, for the first time, 35 million. Now, on the 17th, 36 million. Yes, Steam broke a new record for concurrent users, according to SteamDB.

It seems like repeated news, but it's not. The computer gaming platform, it seems, is experiencing a huge boom in popularity and growing more with each passing week (literally). This time, the peak recorded was exactly 36,354,393 people logged in at the same time.
