TopSpin 2K25 will feature Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz as ambassador

2K announced that the TopSpin tennis franchise will have its “first off-court ambassador.” Pete Wentz, from the pop punk band Fall Out Boy, will contribute to the official soundtrack for TopSpin 2K25, as well as promoting the game.

In a statement on the official website, the publisher confirmed that the artist will appear “in name” in the game as a “tennis aficionado”. Furthermore, he will be part of a cultural figure during the events in the game.

“Having three of my favorite things come together in an organic way is really special. I love music, tennis and video games, so I was excited when 2K gave me the opportunity to get involved and contribute to TopSpin 2K25,” says the star.

The game is insane and I can't wait to play it when it comes out. Working with Dillon Francis on the remix of Fall Out Boy's 'Heartbreak Feels So Good' was amazing as he has a great musical perspective. The song sums up how I feel about tennis.

An avowed tennis fan, Wentz is the band's bassist and main lyricist. On the sports scene, he participated in events alongside professionals in the sport and even tested the new 2K title before the 2024 BNP Paribas Open.
