Baldur's Gate 3: The mystery of Vlaakith without its divine filter intrigues players

As seen in a Reddit thread, a player shared footage of a glitch that caused Vlaakith to appear without sound “divine filter”.

Normally, Vlaakith would have glowing eyes and a glowing aura around his body, but because of this visual glitch, his entire intimidating and godlike appearance is gone.

Seeing this phenomenon, players quickly rushed to share their thoughts in the comments. Surprisingly, some players have found that Vlaakith appears even more terrifying without the filter.

“I actually prefer it. I find it much scarier without the divine glow,” one user wrote. Another user claimed it's probably because she looks “less caricature” in this way.

“She’s actually a lot scarier here,” added another.

On the other hand, some players were quick to take this opportunity to make jokes and share light-hearted responses. One user wrote: “She looks like a zombie grandma.”

“When the Snapchat filter fails,” another user joked. Another user even mentioned: “Ah, Grandma Vlaakith looks sad.”

While glitches are nothing new in Baldur's Gate 3, this one seems to be one that has garnered some amusing responses from players.
