A few days ago, the AMC company’s United States theaters had published the total running time of the movie “The Marvels” but after some controversy this information was quickly removed.

All we have confirmed is that “The Marvels” is considered the most complete movie in the entire MCU. An updated and now removed listing on the AMC Theaters website for the film previously stated that the film’s running time was 1 hour and 45 minutes.

AMC has since removed the running time so possibly The Marvels’ runtime could still change. A previous report from August indicated that the execution time was 1h 38M.

You can see the test below with a before and after:

Until this happens, nothing is certain, but a group of people have accused Disney of being sexist for turning this movie starring (only women) into something quite negative since they don’t want women to “have a lot of time on screen.”

p style=”text-align: justify;”>Interestingly, Marvels director Nia DaCosta didn’t have anything good to say about the film or the cast in a recent interview and even said that The Marvels is not her movie, but Kevin Feige’s film.

“It’s a Kevin Feige production, it’s his movie,” said. “So I think you guys live in that reality, but I tried to go in knowing that some of you are going to take a backseat.”

He also said that he had problems during filming and it seems that he is done with Marvel.

“It was really great to play in this world and be a part of building this great world,” said. “But it made me want to build my own world more.”

So while there is a bit of controversy surrounding the film, what The Marvels has going for it, at least at the box office, is that there really is no competition for when it comes out.
