Sony has announced a new State of Play program to be broadcast on Youtube and Twitch tonight live at 23:59 (USApeninsular time). About 20 minutes of news, updates and unreleased material are promised from ten games that will come to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PS VR. You can see it below:
The theme of this State of Play will be mainly that of Japanese gamesyes “With the Tokyo Game Show just around the corner, the time has come to celebrate Japan’s incredible creative contributions to video game development,” says Sony in reference to TGS 2022, which takes place from September 15 to 18. For this reason, some updates from Japanese publishers and “other surprises from developers around the world”.
Square Enix, Bandai Namco or Capcom have confirmed their presence at the Japanese fair, and it is possible that in the State of Play we will see a preview of games like final fantasy xvi, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, exoprimal, Street Fighter 6, One Piece Odyssey and news from other Japanese studios.
