All Fortnite fans—even those who the battle royale of Epic Games is elusive to them—they know that this multiplayer benefits enormously from the events and of one narrative that, although caught with tweezers, is progressively developing season after season. If before we had the event of “end of the universe” or the fight against the “Queen of the Cube”, the American team has led this Season 2 of Chapter 3 towards a new catastrophe, this time with their “doomsday machines”.
This machine, which in our territory has arrived under the name of “The Collider” has occupied a large part of the Loot Lake area, or Balsa Botín, as part of the game’s 20.40 update, and threatens to end the world —a again, yes—if we don’t prevent it. So, and taking into account that Epic Games set the start date of Season 3 for JuneFortnite has started a Countdown for a great end event live to conclude this season.
Although Epic Games has not advanced anything on its official blog, many users have echoed thanks to social networks of a counter which establishes that the end of Season 2 will arrive in 17 daysthat is, the next 3 of June at a time yet to be determined. This counter is the same one that we have had crowning the game menu in past seasons, so it is to be expected that Epic Games will end this Season 2 with an event to match, although minor since it does not close the arc of his Chapter 3.

Having released this 20.40 update today, we do not know how this works. DoomsdayDevice nor how it affects the game map, if at all, but it is expected that in the following hours the players will begin to unravel its characteristics. What we do know is that several members of the OI Guard have moved to defend this place, leaving The Unprotected Fortressso it will be a high-risk, high-reward area.
