Broadly speaking, the manager has commented that at FromSoftware they usually have several teams working simultaneously on different projects, and that he hopes to release “new and exciting” games at intervals that he hopes will not be “so long in the future.”
“This is a philosophy that hasn’t changed much in the last ten years, especially since Miyazaki became president of the company,” Kitao said. “She is an area in which we feel we have always strived to achieve: always do something new, always do something original, something that is interesting and fun for us as players. So, in this sense, not much has changed. We develop several titles at the same time, we have several teams working on different projects. We look forward to staggering our releases and offering something new and exciting at not-too-long intervals,” he concluded.
