If NVIDIA, Intel and AMD are worried, imagine how those who have bought the chips and have them on the production line in boxes prepared to be soldered onto the PCBs must be, bringing their graphics models to life. That’s why many manufacturers are making their own decisions and they have already announced price drops on two specific models: RTX 4070 and RTX 4080.

This would not be news as such, not only because of the drop in these models, but because there is more cloth to cut. And it is that key information comes to us from China, where manufacturers seem to have ignored NVIDIA in the face of what has been said, and they are going to push prices down to encourage sales.

The current situation of the market and the pocket of each one is what it is, we are not going to enter the same thing again, we all experience it. But as far as the manufacturers’ point is concerned, a limit is being reached that can, and indeed is, make the camel’s back overflow. And there is a powerful rumor that states that NVIDIA is not in favor of lowering the price that manufacturers are already carrying out, and their behavior could even intervene.

The problem is that if a manufacturer begins to make price reductions on the RTX 4070 and RTX 4080, the others, to the best of their ability, will enter into that game of pressing down, and if, indeed, NVIDIA has the spectrum RTX 40 SUPERthe gaps so large that they left narrow, having to move the rest of the ranges with price cuts.

With this understood, let’s go to the important thing, how much are the RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 going to drop? Well, the reduction will take place first in China, for a change. The RTX 4080 will see its price reduced in 1,000 yuanbut instead the RTX 4070 will see its price reduced between 150 and 200 yuan. But there is more, since it is also rumored that the RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 they will also go down to empty stock.
