Guerrilla Games confirms that it is working on Horizon 3

The Serie Horizon from Guerrilla Games, has been very active in recent days, first it had the release of Horizon Call of the Mountain for PS VR2, followed by the recent release of Burning Shores, the expansion of Forbidden West. Unsurprisingly, the developer also has a lot more on the way for the franchise. In fact, work on the next main installment in the series Horizon It will be the direct sequel.

In a recent update detailing the changes to Guerrilla’s management, with studio co-head Angie Smets set to take on a new role at PlayStation Studios, the studio confirmed that along with the previously confirmed multiplayer game Horizon, it’s also working on the sequel Horizon Forbidden West.

“We have full confidence in our new leadership as they lead Guerrilla into a bright future, expanding the world of Horizon with Aloy’s next adventure and our exciting online project.”

This is not the first time that Guerrilla has alluded to the fact that it already has Horizon 3 in progress. When he confirmed last year that he was working on a multiplayer title, the studio also said that it was “continuing to create epic solo adventures for Aloy.”

Meanwhile, leakers have claimed that an enhanced PS5 remaster of Horizon Zero Dawn is also in development, although that is reportedly not being developed internally by Guerrilla.
