Hellblade 2 is coming this year for Xbox Series X/S and PC, according to a new announcement
Hellblade 2one of the most anticipated Microsoft exclusive titles in recent years, could arrive this year on Xbox Series X / S and computers as suggested by an announcement published by the company through Youtube:
As you can see in the attached video, the direct sequel to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice developed by Ninja Theory appears briefly as part of some of the best video games that are already available on Xbox Game Pass and that will arrive in the near future. The really curious thing is that all the titles shown in this announcement are confirmed for 2023 with the exception of Hellblade 2, which does not yet have a specific release date. This small detail could suggest that Microsoft intends to release the game later this year, although unfortunately we still do not have an official confirmation.
It should be noted that, so far, Microsoft has released three exclusive titles so far this year: Hi Fi Rusha game that successfully mixes rhythm and action; Minecraft Legendsa curious spin-off from the popular construction game, and redfallthe cooperative shooter with vampires from Arkane Austin that has failed to convince the critics.
Everything we know about Hellblade 2
Since its last trailer presented at The Game Awards 2021 gala, we have barely been able to see more about Hellblade 2. The news shown by its development team have been limited to conceptual images, behind-the-scenes videos and we give techniques. Despite this, those responsible have stressed that the combat system will be very different from what we saw in the first game, in addition to the fact that the project will be much larger and more ambitious.
