Hogwarts Legacy has sold 12 million copies in two weeks

The magical universe based on Harry Potter not only is it back, but it’s stronger and more popular than it has been in decades. Hogwarts Legacy has become a cultural phenomenon in 2023 (although not all the reasons have been good). According to a recent publication by Variety, Hogwarts Legacy has sold more than 12 million copies in just two weeks, breaking even the publisher’s most positive forecasts. In USA It has also demonstrated its success, placing more than 43,000 units in its launch week alone, and we are awaiting the figures for last week and this week.

Warner also reveals that they’ve seen a lot more fan engagement in other Harry Potter products as well, showing that this has been the shot of energy the franchise needed after the mixed results of the Fantastic Beasts movies. A kudos to a job well deserved, and we’re pretty sure we’ll be reporting new sales records for Hogwarts Legacy in the future, as it’s still running really well, and it’s not even released on PlayStation 4 yet, Switch and Xbox One.
