If you are going to play The Witcher 3 next gen on a PC with NVIDIA, download the necessary Game Ready drivers for it now
The Witcher 3 has never ceased to be relevant since its launch in 2015, but the arrival of the witch for the third time in an edition that seeks to establish itself as the most complete of all, raises passions. The Next Gen update arrives on our computers and consoles next week, and at least on this platform we can already prepare our graphics cards for NVIDIA with Game Ready Drivers necessary and mandatory to play.
Why do we talk about mandatory? Because far from being a minor update, we are talking about Game Ready from the American firm. These GeForce Game Ready 527.56 WHQL drivers prepare our graphics cards for the apparent last big release of the year.
as we talk about some Game Ready, that is, not a cumulative update, on PC it will enable support for DLSS, ray tracing and all the improvements that this new version adds. In fact, it also adds DLSS 3 support in compatible games like Portal RTX, a game that has become a tough nut to crack for the RTX 4090.
Far from The Witcher 3 or Portal, Jurassic World Evolution 2 also benefits, although it is the only one beyond the previous ones mentioned. The rest of the solved problems revolve around certain errors in Adobe Premiere Y after effects with H.264 and HEVC codec; fix Minecraft Java Edition screenshots; as well as enabling Shadowplay compatibility with DLSS 3, which was also driving players crazy.
In the case of the new version of Geralt de Rivia’s game, CD Projekt has put all the meat on the grill to compare the console versions to the PC versions with the inclusion of mods. However, on this platform we will have a good list of novelties that will take our PCs to the limit, although for the moment we don’t know what the new requirements are of the game.
