Intel XeSS upscaling technology comes to Cyberpunk 2077 to improve its performance
CD Project Red keep updating cyberpunk 2077 to add everything type of improvements and innovations at a technological level preparing the ground in this regard for the launch of its first and only expansion, Phantom Libertywhich will arrive during this same year.
After adding the new Ray Tracing Overdrive mode just a few days ago, now CDPR and Intel have announced the arrival with a new patch of Intel XeSS technologythe texture rescaling and smoothing system created by this technological giant that joins NVIDIA’s DLSS and AMD’s FSR.
Until now, those who had some Intel graphics had to opt for the FSR upscaling system compatible with all types of GPUs (DLSS is exclusive to NVIDIA RTX graphics) and from now on they will be able to use Intel XeSS that can also be used with any other brand’s graphics.
Of course, as expected Intel has decided show the benefits of XeSS using one of its GPUs desktop, specifically Intel Arc A750, a model designed to compete in the input range and play at 1080p. According to Intel, thanks to XeSS performance improves 70% going from 39 FPS gaming to 1080p with Ultra graphics and ray tracing in between (without any rescaling technology) to get 67 images per second with Intel XeSS in performance mode.
Thanks to this, Intel once again takes advantage of a graphics card that last February lowered its price and improved its performance considerably thanks to a driver update that was hindering the initial results of a GPU every time. more interesting that costs 330 .
