“It is unplayable after its last patch”: Forspoken angers PC users thanks to its first update

That Forspoken isn’t being Square Enix’s most popular release is no secret. The role-playing and action game from the creators of Final Fantasy continues to give people something to talk about, and not precisely because of its virtues. From complaints that some of the playable commands (like the one for the R1+L1 spells) don’t work, to micro hang up or even hang up On entire computers, several users have reported problems that they did not have before after applying the RPG 1.02 update. Some users even talk about 100% CPU utilization while above requirements recommended.

If you are also having these problems, some users recommend verify file integrity via Steam, and even reconfiguring controls (both in-game and out-of-game) to fix these issues. The most curious of these cases is that of a user who claims that his computer, which carries a 4090, cannot run the game if it has Discord open beforehand.
