Leon Kennedy is the best Resident Evil character according to a survey

Japanese media outlet Famitsu conducted a poll in which Resident Evil’s Leon Kennedy stood out as the fan-favorite character from the series.

According to the poll, Leon Scott Kennedy came in first, Jill Valentine in second and Chris Redfield in third. In addition, fans also voted for Albert Wester in first place as the “most obnoxious character”, followed by Nicholai Ginovaef and Licker in second and third place, respectively.

Elsewhere in the poll, the original Resident Evil was the first game played by most people, while the award for scariest game in the series went to Resident Evil: Biohazard. In case you were wondering, Ada Wong came in fourth for ‘favorite character,’ followed by Claire Redfield, Albert Wesker, Ethan Winters, Rebecca Chambers, Piers Nivans, and Hunk.

Additionally, Famitsu asked fans what the “scariest scene” and “most amazing scene” were. The Village baby monster ranked as the scariest scene, followed by RE1’s first zombie encounter and RE7’s Mia attack.
