For trainers who enjoy battling, this is an excellent opportunity to train several very powerful Pokemon in the GO Battle League. Clefairy evolves into Clefable, which performs well in Super Ball League and is one of the most popular options in Ultra Ball League. Lickitung is considered one of the biggest contenders in the Super Ball League, but trainers who want to help their Lickitung reach its full potential will need plenty of Candy and Candy ++.
Bunnelby’s evolution, Diggersby, has had some success in the Super Ball League. Snorlax and Dark Snorlax are very good options in all levels of the GO Fighting League, although they are not the most popular. Stunfisk is a regular in the Super Ball League. And last but not least, Beldum’s final Evolution, Metagross, achieves great results in the Master Ball League.
In addition to the themed habitats, there will be numerous opportunities to participate in raids.
- Tier 1 Raids:

Mega Rayquaza Sunday
There will be no rotating habitats on Sunday. Instead, any Pokemon from Saturday’s habitats will be able to appear in the wild. However, the true protagonist of the Pokemon GO Festival is undoubtedly Mega Rayquaza, which debuts worldwide on Sunday. Don’t miss the Meteors, a new item in Pokemon GO which can be acquired through special research.
If you give Rayquaza a Meteorite, he will be able to learn the Draco Ascension charged attack. Rayquaza that know Draco Ascent can Mega Evolve if given Mega Energy. In addition to Mega Rayquaza, the same Pokemon that appeared in raids on Saturday will also appear on Sunday.
