Minecraft: how to get to the end

In Minecraft there is an important dimension that you should definitely visit in your travels and that is the end or also called the end. We will show you how to get to the end and what you should pay attention to.

How do you get to the end? In order to get to the “End” dimension, you must find an end portal. However, these portals cannot be built like the Nether Portal, you have to find them in underground fortresses that are randomly located on your generated map.

The best way to find the end portal is by converting Enderpearls into Endereyes. For this you need ender pearls and blaze dust.

If you now use your ender eyes, they will be thrown into the air. They then mark the direction in which there is a fortress with such an end portal. If you’ve gotten to the point where your ender eyes are flying through the ground, you should grab your shovel and pickaxe and dig down.

Sooner or later you will arrive in a corridor of said fortress. Search all paths and then find said end portal above a pool of lava.

Now sockets 12 Eyes of Ender into the End Portal frame, activating the portal. Caution is now required, because if you step through the portal, you activate the boss fight with the ender dragon.

To arm yourself well in the fight against the beast you need diamonds, here you can find them:

Everything you need to know about the end

Is the ending dangerous? The End is one of the most dangerous places you can explore. There are only floating islands of endstones, the end boss “Enderdrake” and Shulker and Endermen that can make life there uncomfortable.

If you are also careless, one wrong step could kill you. Because if you fall off the islands, you die.

Can I visit the End as many times as I want? The end can be revisited as many times as you want. However, note that every time you exit the ending, you will be teleported to your spawn point. In addition, depending on how often you have destroyed the ender dragon, end transit portals are also created.

These portals take you to more remote locations in the end so you can loot things like plants, shulkers, or even elytra. So if you want to discover everything from the end, you have to defeat the ender dragon 20x, because only a maximum of 20 end transit portals can be built.
