NetEase announces the creation of a new studio working on a multiplayer game
NetEase Games has announced the creation of a new studio led by veteran Rich Vogel. Is about T-Minus Zero Entertainment, an Austin, Texas-based company that was founded in May 2023 by studio head Vogel and fellow developers Mark Tucker, Scott Malone, and Jeff Dobson. Currently, it is known that their teams are working on a third-person multiplayer action video game set in a science fiction universe.
Vogel has quite a bit of experience when it comes to conducting studies. In his resume we can see that he has worked in companies like Sony Online Entertainment Austin, BioWare Austin and Bethesda Game Studios Austin. He has led the development of games like Last Online, Star Wars: Galaxies and Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Also among the founders of T-Minus Zero are gamemaster Tucker (Fallout 76, Doom, Crimson Alliance), artistic director Dobson (SWTOR, Dragon Age Inquisition, mass effect andromeda, Anthem) and vice president of operations and production Scott Malone (Fallout 76, Doom, The Elder Scrolls Online).
The studio has a remote focus and is recruiting new artists from different disciplines
