One million players have played the XDefiant closed beta
It looks like gamers are enjoying Ubisoft’s upcoming arena shooter XDefiant, as the French company has announced that the title’s closed beta has already registered over a million users.
These were his words on Twitter: “Thank you to everyone who has played the closed beta so far! Your feedback is immensely helpful, and we love hearing from our 1 million+ players!”
Ubisoft goes on to add that the beta will go live until Monday morning for us in the UK and Europe, which means there’s still plenty of time to check out the game if you’ve managed to get your hands on a key.
We also got a chance to check out XDefiant recently, as part of a preview where we concluded that the core game was well developed, even if its approach as a live service game raised alarm bells.
