Pocket Card Jockey could come to Switch
The game Pocket card jockey of Pokemon-Development studio Game Freak could appear for Nintendo Switch. The game mixes the gameplay of solitaire with horse racing and was recently released as part of Apple Arcade.
However, the game is anything but new. Originally appeared Pocket card jockey already in 2013 in Japan as an exclusive title for the Nintendo 3DS. The game was released outside of Japan in 2016.
In an interview with Polygon, programmer Masao Taya revealed that the re-release Pocket Card Jockey: Ride On! could still be released for Nintendo Switch. However, the prerequisite for this is that the game does well on Apple Arcade.
For now, however, the focus will be on receiving feedback from Apple Arcade users and providing updates. You want to wait for the reactions and then think about the next steps.
Pocket Card Jockey: Ride On! is largely identical to the original game. However, the horse races are now rendered in 3D. In addition, the balancing has been slightly adjusted. New content will follow in future updates.
