Pokemon: Ash’s final episodes bring back fan-favorite from Episode 1
Ash doesn’t just have to travel with his Pokemon team in the last few episodes.
The opening of the new Pokemon episodes already showed that we can prepare for Ash’s last emotional journey. There are many familiar faces that Ash will meet in the grand finale and accompany him on his final adventure.
In the second episode of the anime “Pokemon: Aim to Be a Pokemon Master‘ Ash now meets a very special person for him. What else happens in the second episode, we tell you here.

Ash gets a longtime girlfriend at his side
In the second episode Ash goes fishing. Using a lure that looks a lot like the character Benny, he enters a competition with an old friend. The competition is about fishing the water-type Pokemon Scampisto. Whoever gets the Pokemon on the hook sooner should be allowed to include it in the team as a reward.
Who does Ash meet? Ash competes against none other than Misty. Originally the Gym Leader of Azuria City, she is well versed in water-type Pokemon:

Team Rocket also gets a brief appearance in the Pokemon episode and is once again causing trouble. It may not be long before we see Ash’s old friend Rocko again.

Next Pokemon season will have new main characters
Does Misty only appear in this episode? At the end of the episode, Misty decides to join Ash’s final great journey. Ash initially pretends that he doesn’t want to take her with him, since the two had once again got into a violent fight before:

But Pikachu finally breaks the ice and convinces Ash to take his longtime companion with him on the final journey. So we can see Misty for a few more episodes before the new Pokemon season begins.
When can I see the episodes in Germany? Unfortunately, there is still no official date for the release of the new Pokemon episodes in Germany. With the subsequent season featuring the new main characters announced for 2023, there’s a good chance we’ll see the Ash and Misty episodes in the near future.
