Resident Evil 4 Remake: Capcom investigates an issue that causes blocks in progress

This “rare but critical progress glitch” can occur when obtaining a specific key item after a cutscene at the beginning of chapter 12. “Please refrain from attacking with the knife until the notification of obtaining this item appears at the top.” Right of the screen After obtaining this key item, it will appear in the Key Items and Treasures menu in the briefcase.
