Ubisoft has Season 4 in Riders Republic introduced, bringing with it a new discipline, a new campaign, and more.
The bikes will be supplemented by BMX in Season 4, which can be viewed as a separate category. For this, a new playground called Area 52 will be added, which is perfectly designed for BMX bikes to perform jumps, tricks and more on the rails and halfpipes. All this complemented by matching outfits and brands such as Vans and Odyssey. If you are fit enough, you can then prove yourself in your own campaign.
Project Rebirth, which aims to draw attention to global climate change, is still running. Once such an event appears, it’s up to players to band together and prevent Sequoias from burning down.
In Riders Republic At this point the following is happening:
- The sky will be orange and there will be “fire smoke” fog throughout the game due to forest fires.
- Players are equipped with a gas mask by default.
- Part of the map will be inaccessible to players as it will be “unbreathable” due to nearby forest fires.
- The entire game will be “on alert” with a special reskin in the in-game social hub.
Players must first identify the most fragile and flammable areas of Sequoia National Park (e.g. by using photo mode, which displays real-world data that is automatically integrated into players’ photos in those areas, including the size of past wildfires, projection of future ones, ” fragility” level, etc.)
Then the risk of a fire spreading in Sequoia National Park must be assessed and reduced through joint activities (e.g. “cleaning up” the forest path/brushwood/cuts or protecting the trees with aluminum foil on the trunks).
The Season 4 in Riders Republic starts on September 14, 2022.
