Rise of the Ronin is one of the most exciting games that last night on the State of Play were revealed. The title has been in development for seven years, is based on an open world in Japan and appears exclusively for the PS5.
Rise of the Ronin looks extremely promising in the first trailer

The hard facts: “Rise of the Ronin” is supposed to be an open world game in the genre of action RPGs. In addition, it lures with a setting in Japan at the Bakumatsu period, i.e. the end of the Edo or Tokugawa period.
It will also be exclusive to PS5. However, there is no exact date for this yet.
The temporal setting meansthat in Rise of the Ronin we see the end of an era in which the Western colonial powers more and more influence to win. At the same time diseases spread and it there is civil war between the Tokugawa shogunate and the anti-shogunate factions – a turbulent and dark time.
