The factory of animated live-action remakes continues at Disney, and one of the cartoon classics rumored to be next is actually one of the most modern (and the latest “traditional” animated film): Tiana and the Frog, and Lupita Nyong’o is rumored to be shortlisted for the role of Princess Tiana.

Lupita Nyong’o (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Rise of Skywalker, Black Panther, The Jungle Book) is one of the strongest contenders for the leading role. However, there is no official confirmation, so you know what to do: take everything with moderate caution. However, Nyong’o in the title role sounds like a pretty good idea given her strong collaboration with Disney thus far.

Can you imagine seeing Nyong’o in a possible remake of Tyana and the Frog?
