Skull and Bones, Ubisoft’s missing pirate game, could reappear in July

After several years with hardly any news of Skull & Bonesbeyond the repeated occasions in which Ubisoft has assured that the project has not been canceled, it may be that its comeback is closer than we think: according to the well-known insider Tom Henderson, the company would be preparing the return of this project for the week of july 4that which point he would give more information about the game, he would show a trailer with gameplay and even announce its release date.

The truth is that this new information could make sense in light of the latest movements that have occurred with respect to Skull & Bonessince recently I appeared registered in the age rating system in Brazil, also confirming that it would be a project exclusively designed for the new generation since only the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Stadia versions were mentioned in its file, leaving out PS4 and Xbox One.

Will we officially see that famous leaked trailer?

In addition, it should be remembered that in April of this year there was a great filtration of material of Skull & Bones that even let us see the gameplay of both the naval combat and the parts where we can walk on dry land, sections that seem to be very limited. That video, which you can see inserted under these lines, belonged to a trailer of around six minutes that had all the characteristics of the game with an explanatory tone very similar to that used in presentations of new projects, could this be the material that we see next week officially?

Either way, it looks like Skull & Bones It is already beginning to come out of the eternal pothole in which its development had been stuck since its announcement at E3 2017. This pirate game is going to end up coming out despite everything, as Ubisoft has reiterated on numerous occasions, and the intention of the company is indeed publishing it before April 2023.
