Sumo Digital has just presented its new free-to-play battle royale proposal on wheels at the PC Gaming Show conference: Stampede: Racing Royale.

In the words of its developers (which we will bring to Gamereactor soon with an interview at SGF: Play Days), Stampede: Racing Royale is a fusion of the battle royale and racing genres, something like Fall Guys but with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Sumo Digital is not a studio new to crazy driving games as they are also responsible for the Team Sonic Racing series. We will have to wait until its release on Steam.
