The statement says that they are aware that the game’s performance is not up to standards, especially on high-end PCs. They use as an example, gamers who use multi-threaded chipsets designed for Windows 11 in Windows 10 and those who combine powerful GPUs with less powerful CPUs.

They make it clear that they are committed to solving the problems of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC as soon as possible through patches. They also offer apologies to players who have not been able to enjoy the game. However, They did not give an estimated waiting time for the solution to arrive.
