“For us and Lucasfilm Games it’s all about authenticity, and we need to make sure Kay’s story fits within the larger Star Wars galaxy, so we felt the ending itself had certain key points that I had to achieve“, explains the game’s narrative director, Navid Khavari (via Gamesradar). “Variation comes through the reputation system, so each player will have a different profile of their reputation with different unions throughout the game, and you’ll see how it unfolds throughout the story.”

Despite not having a direct impact on the main plot and its ending, these decisions, the development team previously confirmed, will have an impact on the world around you and Kay’s relationship with the other factions in the game.

There’s no concrete release date for Star Wars Outlaws yet, but we do know that It will arrive in 2024 on PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC.
