Starfield and Redfall delay their release to the first half of 2023

Microsoft has a juicy calendar ahead of exclusives for Xbox and Windows. Without a doubt, the acquisition of bethesda has further thickened the roadmap of those from Redmond for the coming years.

Starfield and Redfall are two of the most exciting projects from Bethesda, which originally they were going to be released at the end of this year 2022. Well, we just had a disappointment…

Bethesda has confirmed in a statement that both Starfield and Redfall have been pushed back to 2023. Specifically, both games will arrive in the first semester Next year.

The news was unexpected by all, and more considering that Starfield had a specific release date until: November 11, 2022. We will have to wait longer to enjoy the new Bethesda IP.

We have made the decision to delay the release of Starfield and Redfall to the first half of 2023”, confirmed the official Bethesda Twitter account. Why have they been delayed?

We really wanted to know news about both titles. In fact, both Starfield and Redfall will presumably be on the Xbox and Bethesda conference schedule, planned for June 12.

In the Bethesda statement Thank you for the support of the players. and it is indicated that ”Arkane Austin (Redfall) and Bethesda Game Studios (Starfield) have incredible ambitions for their games”.

Starfield and Redfall are two of the great Microsoft exclusives for this generation. They will hit the stores (already Xbox GamePass launch) in the first half of 2023available in Xbox Series X|S and PC.
