Microsoft and Bethesda presented Starfield in detail yesterday. Today you can pre-order the Collector’s Edition on Amazon and start playing 5 days early.

Update 06/13/2023, 8:55 am: The Starfield Constellation Edition is extremely popular and Amazon’s stock was sold out after a short time. You can still get hold of the sought-after collector’s item at MediaMarkt and Saturn. The price is the same for the PC and Xbox versions: €299.99.

Original news: With the start of the Summer Game Fest 2023, countless games were presented or newly announced over the past weekend. Starfield has been highly anticipated by sci-fi and RPG fans alike since it was first announced in 2018. The makers of the Elder Scrolls and Fallout series now have that September 6, 2023 release date announced for PC and Xbox Series X. But with the Constellation Edition you can play 5 days earlier, starting September 1st, and receive various bonus goodies in and outside of the game. The price of the special edition is €275.66 for PC and €267.90 for Xbox Series X on Amazon.

That’s what’s in the Starfield Constellation Edition

In the Constellation Edition you will find a few real collector’s items in addition to the Starfield main game: On the one hand there is a steel book, which makes itself very chic on your game shelf. In terms of digital content, you get the Constellation Skin Pack for your character as well as the official soundtrack and an artbook. Bethesda already has that in their presentation first story expansion “Shattered Space” announced. The add-on is also part of the Constellation Edition and will be automatically activated for you upon release.

Starfield Chronomark watch

The gem, in the truest sense of the word, of this limited collector’s edition is the Chronomark watch. This is a smartwatch and is the exact opposite of the watch your character gets in-game during the story. In addition to the time, date or steps taken, it also shows you what is happening in the game. Then you can connect the watch to your game and let you see, for example, the gravity of the planet you are currently visiting.

In addition, there is a very nice one Jewelry box in the form of a small suitcase for storing your watch or if you just want to display it. Smartwatch and case can only be bought in the Constellation Edition and are not sold beyond that.
