Street Fighter 6: this is how Cammy, Zangief and Lily of the Thunderfoot tribe fight
Last month, during Royale Rumblewe learned that Zelina Vega will be the new commentator or ‘caster’ (color) of Street Fighter 6. Now, after the announcement of the two million dollars in prizes that the Capcom Cup X will haveduring the State of Play on February 23 Capcom revealed a new trailer for Street Fighter 6 (SF6). This new sneak peek reveals what Cammy, Zangief and Lily, T.Hawk’s daughter, fight and look like in Street Fighter 6 (SF6).
Who are they and how do Cammy, Zangief and Lily fight?
Two of the three characters that Capcom introduced in the trailer for Street Fighter 6 of the State of Play of February 2023 for many do not need an introduction. So next we will find out who Lily is and we will review how Cammy and Zangief will fight in Street Fighter 6 (SF6).
Who is Lilly?
Some of you may be familiar with the names of the special moves and even Lily’s way of dressing. This is because Lily is a descendant of the Thunderfoot tribe, to which T. Hawk belongs, a character who debuted in Super Street Fighter II and whose last appearance was in the fourth installment (USFIV)—— Lily speaks to the nature spirits at her home in the vibrant settlement of the Thunderfoot tribe.
How does Lily fight in Street Fighter 6 (SF6)?
lily fight in SF6 against his enemies with his moves called Condor Dive, Condor Spire and Tomahawk Buster. The Condor Wind will grant you a counter or Windclad ‘stock’, which empowers each of Lily’s moves in Street Fighter 6 (SF6). Lily’s super art move called Breezing Hawk (level 1) hits enemies with a series of lariat-like blows using Lily’s war clubs. Who is Cammy?
Cammy debuted, as did T. Hawk in Super Street Fighter II and has been present in the last two installments of the franchise (IVFS and SFV). Cammy, also known by her code name “Killer Bee” and for belonging to the British special forces team known as Delta Red. At the end of the story of Street Fighter VCammy was seen with Juri and the other “dolls” watching the destruction of Shadaloo.
According to Capcom, this is how Cammy begins in the story of Street Fighter 6 (SF6):
Member of the British special forces unit Delta Red. He distinguished himself in the operation against Shadaloo, with whom he shares a fated connection. Hypercompetent but somewhat moody. He currently working at the Delta Red headquarters.
How does Cammy fight in Street Fighter 6 (SF6)?
cammy in Street Fighter 6 (SF6) fights with high-powered attacks, and in the trailer shared by Capcom at State of Play in February we were able to see classic attacks like Spiral Arrow, Cannon Spike, and Hooligan Combination. Meanwhile the level 3 ‘super art’ that Cammy fights with in Street Fighter 6 It is called Delta Red Assault and although the trailer can be seen in its entirety, a few months ago the movement had already been leaked.
Who is Zangief?
Zangief, one of the original World Warriors, will be one of the 18 playable characters in Street Fighter 6 (SF6). Zangief is a Russian national hero nicknamed the “Red Cyclone”. President Gorbachev, in the story of SFII, promised Zangief all the support of the country in exchange for him to travel around the world and demonstrate the might of “Mother Russia”. At the end of the story of Street Fighter V (SFV), Zangief prepares—along with R. Mika—to fight in a wrestling ring.
How does Zangief fight in Street Fighter 6 (SF6)?
Currently, in the history of Street Fighter 6 (SF6), Zangief is a professional wrestler by trade. So Zangief still has Screw Piledriver and Siberian Express in his arsenal of fighting moves. Additionally, in the trailer for Street Fighter 6 (SF6) unveiled by Capcom at State of Play in February, you can see a new counter move that Capcom says is called “Tundra Storm.” Capcom says the level 2 ‘super art’ Zangief fights with in Street Fighter 6 (SF6) is called Cyclone Lariat and its level 3 is Bolshoi Storm Buster. Both of Zangief’s finishing moves are new to the franchise.
